Ladies that LEAN was founded by women who have personal experiences overcoming the negative challenges of the incarceration system and helped other women overcome those same challenges. We offer an array of resources in-house and ensure that each individual woman is extolled and valued in this program.

Our VISION is to create a better everyday living environment for all participants and residents of our program, while adding value to our local communities.

Participants and Residents will feel empowered as they start to accomplish goals one by one. Social change will give them a desire to step into a new arena naturally and spiritually. An arena, that no longer reflects old equipment and rusted tools from their past. Shedding that old jacket and past condemnation. An arena; of hope and positivity for themselves and their families.
